In movement there is life, and in change there is power

Thank you for joining me this morning for the inaugural “JAM”.  I thought I’d start with a quote that I refer to often, especially when I need a “push”. 

“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” - Alan Cohen 

What change do you know is necessary to move you forward?  What is one small step you can make today?  Do it!  I’m right here, rooting you on and giving you a standing ovation!
