Wisdom From Experience

“Good judgment comes from experience, and experience – -well, that comes from poor judgment.”

~Cousin Woodman

It is usual that the vast majority of our accumulated wisdom comes from having reflected upon, and learned from, the many times we have failed.  Most of our failures, of course, come from simple naiveté or careless errors of judgment, vs. fundamental weaknesses.  The point is to make the best judgments and decisions you can, with the information you can glean at that time, and keep moving.  The more you experience, and the more failures and ultimately successes you collect along the way, the more your judgment and wisdom grows, reducing the number of errors and building a sense of confidence and excitement for the challenges still to come.
